How I wish we have this law here in the Philippines. The TelCos are really taking advantage of the "tie-up" in their plans. Then after your tie-up, and you decide to downgrade, you are not still eligible to other offerings. I have been a Globe subscriber for more than 7yrs now and I don't get much from their loyalty promos.

I haven't blogged about this yet... but i transferred work (again). My work is now related to the airlines business. I love to travel, but I am definitely learning a lot from this new work. Among them:

Define: Direct Flight

This is a tricky one. The term "direct flight" can actually be applied to any routing that maintains the same flight number throughout the entire course of the routing, even if the routing contains enroute stops or requires a change of airplane. Strange but true.

I never know that you could make "stops" on a direct flight. Strange but true.

"Fuck Court"

Here's a heart warming story for you, at the age of 14 this guy was sent to juvenile hall for aggravated assault with fatal consequences, there, he asked his juvie friends to tattoo on his forehead the phrase "Jebać Sąd" (Fuck Court [though, "jebać" is significantly stronger than English "fuck"]). Why ? As he explained "I felt harmed by the court's decision, during the assault I was with two of my friends but they weren't sent to the juvenile hall like I was.". So where's the twist ? Now, he's 21 and he decided to change his life. He will end his sentence in 2010, but in orded to get a fresh start he needed to have his tattoo removed. Although his cell mates mock him, he had it removed (by a painfull skin stretching followed by cutting out the tat).

(naiiyak ako!)

LP: Berde

Nandito ako ngayon sa Mozu - isang kainan na malapit dito sa aking pinapasukan dito sa Ortigas. Ika-5 na ng hapon pero katatapos ko lamang mananghalian. Itong "damong" ito ang palamuti sa aking Tuna Pocket sandwich. Pamilyar sa akin itong dahon na ito dahil pinaglalaruan ko ito nung bata pa ako at inilalahok sa aking lutu-lutuan. Nakaka-miss ang aking mga laruan nung ako'y bata pa. Sana magkaron din si Ela ng ganon at sana'y maging masaya ang kanyang kabataan.
Masarap kaya itong dahon na ito? Hindi ko tinikman.
